Returns and Refunds

Shop orders

The shop sells the books and other items listed on each product page. This page covers those goods. It is not a general right to return an item because you have changed your mind.

If something is wrong on delivery

Tell us if an item is damaged or defective when it arrives, if it is not what you ordered, or if it does not arrive. A book that was already damaged, defective, or the wrong book at delivery is covered here.

How to tell us

Contact us within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of the delivery date we agreed if the item does not arrive. Email info@actighana.org or call +233 244 525 522. Tell us the order and what is wrong, and keep the item.

What we will do

If the problem is ours, we will replace the item, deliver it again, or refund what you paid for it. We will agree with you which of those applies. We arrange collection, or you can bring the item to 410 West End Hospital Bypass, Kumasi. We do not charge you for that return.

Books that are not eligible

A book that is damaged after delivery because it was used, written in, marked, or handled carelessly cannot be returned. That rule does not apply to a book that was already damaged, defective, or the wrong book when it was delivered.

How a refund is paid

A refund is sent back through Paystack to the card used for the payment. We tell you when the refund is sent.

Courses

If we cancel a course, or we change the date and you cannot attend the new date, we refund the fees you have already paid. If you cancel at least 7 days before the course starts, we refund the fees you have already paid. Later cancellations, and fees for a course that has already started, are not refunded unless we agree. The rest of the course rules are in the Terms and Conditions.
